Are located in the centre of Barcelona, less than 5 minutes’ walk from Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Cataluña and La Pedrera. Furthermore, the area is well connected to the rest of the city via underground and bus lines, making private transport unnecessary. The nearest underground stops are Paseo de Gracia, Girona and Verdaguer.

1 of the rooms is smaller than the rest, you can use it as a bedroom, office or as a storage. The living room is a bit small, however has space for 4 people. Hot water from 170 litres electric water thermostat. Note that the apartment can have different furniture because there are different flats in the same buildings.
