The building located in the centre of Barcelona, in an area well connected by both bus and underground to the rest of the city.
The Apartments are ideally located for exploring the city on foot. The flats are just around the corner from Barcelona’s hip, artsy neighbourhood, Gracia and a 10-minute walk from Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia and La Pedrera on Paseo de Gracia, among other points of interest. Moreover the apartments are located next to two of Barcelona’s underground stations Joanic and Verdaguer, which provide direct access to Plaza Catalunya and Plaza Urquinaona, ideal stops for strolling the Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter.
All the apartments are fully equipped to make our guests’ stay as pleasant as possible. Each apartment has an oven / microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer, free wifi, flat screen TV and a coffee maker. The apartments also feature a solarium on the roof of the building for sunbathing or to simply enjoy a pleasant view of the buildings in the Eixample district of Barcelona. The apartments also feature large windows that overlook the street and Passeig Sant Joan and illuminate the entire apartment, along with a very comfortable sofa to make the stay more enjoyable. The ultra quiet air conditioning/heating system keeps the apartment at a cozy temperature in both summer and winter.
In this building you will have studio apartments (with open concept Kitchen), one doble bedroom ‘ apartments and 3 bedroom’ apartments.
